Re-designed website for iDevices
06.17.2010 -11:14 AM
I have been busy recoding the website to allow for automatic resizing for each of the iDevices. This should happen behind the scenes and you should not notice any issues. Please be kind and inform me if you notice any issues. There is only one that I know of right now, and that is if you are using an iPad in portrait orientation, you will not see all of the menu at the top of the page. I am working on this issue and hope to have it fixed shortly. The easiest fix is to turn the iPad to the horizontal orientation!
iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad Virtual Tours
05.07.2010 -12:50 PM
Well, it is finally here, iDevice Virtual Tours. I have been waiting for this ever since I heard about the iPad. I am current in the process of creating the code for all of the virtual tours on this page, and will be uploading them as I get them done. Here is a page with the first couple of tours. Please drag the scene around with your finger, and you can zoom in or out by pinching.

Went hiking yesterday and in a new spot. Boulders rivers, swimming holes and all kinds of neat things to explore. Here is the first of many pano's to come. Check back soon to see more.
Here is the second view of the woods. This is over a boulder in the river. I can't wait to get back and do some more exploring!

Server Upgraded
02.05.2010 -03:53 PM
Well, I finally had to bite the bullet and do a complete deletion of my server. I am finally on the track to a big and better website. I am still having a pesky issue with light boxes, but it seems to be only on safari. I am awaiting some technical help from the creator of my version of the light box. I have a feeling that it is a scripting error, and I am not the best coder so I defer to the experts. I will be doing what I can in the mean time, and hope that you will be able to view my virtual tours, here, with a different browser until the light box issue is resolved!
I am also experimenting with a new search box. You will find the test version right above this entry. This is purely a test and not all functionality is there yet. I will be placing it on every page once I am satisfied with the functionality.
Thanks for being patient.

Light Box issues
02.04.2010 -07:18 PM
There seems to be an issue with some light box and flash on my portfolio page as well as some links on the virtual tour page. I am aware of the issue, and will be working on it over the next 2 days. I also am aware that there are some formatting issues with some of the light boxes, and I am working on these as well.
I guess the uploading did not work the way that it was intended and I will be visiting wiping the server clean and reloading fresh again.
Thank you for your understanding on these issues.

Finally the re-design is done
02.04.2010 -03:10 PM
Well, I finally was able to figure out the complex issues I was having with my old host and CMS. I have upgraded, move and redesigned from the ground up, you could call it a grass roots change. I will be doing some more page design changes in the very near future, like adding some cool new banner graphics and light box changes. Please be patient for the upgrades to happen though.
If you find any problems or broken links please be kind, and let me know.
